As of January 1, 2022, all research organizations, whether public, assimilated public or private, will have to be approved by the minister in charge of research in order for the client to benefit from the RTC for expenses corresponding to the research operations it entrusts to them.

As a result of this harmonization, public or similar organizations that were previously approved automatically, in reference to d-1°-2°-7°-8°-9° of Article 244 quater B of the CGI, must file an application for approval with the MESRI.
